Welcome back…

Happy 2026! It’s a new year, which means we get the opportunity to start fresh.

New goals, new passions, new skills—new anything. We have about 12 months to try things out, explore, and grow.

Take this time to reflect on the positives you accomplished last year, no matter how big or small. Be understanding with yourself if you didn’t do everything you hoped to do. Whatever you did accomplish was not wasted—it was just the beginning.

Think of everything you started, or even thought about starting, as a seed. Over the next few months, focus on nurturing that seed. Grow the roots that are needed for growth. Just like plants and trees, roots eventually intertwine with those around them, helping one another thrive.

Seek out the community you need to help you grow into the best version of yourself. Sometimes, we need support from those who genuinely want to see us succeed. When the time is right, you will blossom. Until then, the key is patience with yourself and practicing self-compassion.

So take some time to create a vision board or a vision list, set realistic and achievable goals, and begin nurturing them slowly—little by little, step by step.

As you enter this new year, what is one “seed” you want to nurture—with patience and compassion—in your own life?
